    Hopefully it's just poorly worded as usually and means adjacent.

    All tenements come with good and rubbish land. The land in the mountains and across the salar may be useless however the land adjacent to the proposed 10k tpa plant is critical to facilitating plant capacity growth and most importantly it CROSSES RN51 MAIN ROAD where electricity (375KV 600MW) runs.

    Also takes us closer to the Gas/Water pipelines on RP27.
