    It speaks to something that zero AVL holders have expressed any dissatisfaction at the merger or terms.

    I think everyone from TMT who has expressed dissatisfaction seems okay with a merger, but not the price...

    That is something easily fixed by RCF... And a No vote...

    70% not officially on the yes train yet isn't insignificant.
