I am still in a state of shock and disbelief at opening that announcement yesterday and seeing a slide where the majority of TMT staff and management see themselves working for AVL. It looks to me that TMT management have simply given up on their project, they've given up on themselves, and they've given up on their shareholders. I think it means there's no going back now, because they will have lost the trust of their shareholders. Probably the best outcome would be a "no" vote, leading to a merger with better terms for TMT holders so they can sell up and move on. I have no wish to invest in any merged company associated with AVL. They've ripped off investors for years, constant cap raises, horrible dilution (and about to get much worse with the merger), repeated failure to deliver anything on time and on budget, and still years away from building a mine. And now TMT want to hook their wagon to that sh*t show. Truly astounding.
All IMHO, DYOR
