And another point - make no mistake, this is not a merger, it is a TAKEOVER of TMT by AVL. The management structure and board of TMT is clearly being disbanded, and the decision making and power will end up in the hands of the current AVL board, chairman, and CEO. TMT's assets, their cash in the bank, the high-grade unoxidised ore body, commercial links with Tata, LE Systems etc, advanced stage EPA application and other mining permits, get transferred to AVL. And for all of these assets, TMT shareholders get paid not in cash, but in now heavily diluted AVL shares. It's an absolute stinker of a deal.
