how can the "Financing/Approvals" fall in place by mid 24???

The implementation date is Jan-Feb 24.
Phase 1 involves extended studies which is projected to take 3-6 months. If they are projecting 3-6 months I will assume it will take more than the upper limit of the projected timeline.
Phase 2 includes updated DFS? How much time will this take? 6-12 mnths?
Will there be a need to reapply for Environmental clearance?
Given the blown out timelines, what happens to all he off-take MOUs. Is Tata Steel willing to wait another 2yrs to see how this pans out. What is the guarantee there won't be another light bulb moment and the mmgt will propose an enhanced flow sheet and another BFS.

I don't see the SP jumping up anytime soon. It will keep bobbing up and down like a cork in the ocean.
