Seems a bit desperate. So you've got the funds lining up to support. 25% of the reg now?
Still need another 50% of the reg to support it.

Maybe if they added one more AVL share to the price they'll get it over the line stronger.
Given the profile of the orebodies both hold, and TMT's probably getting the mining side going the first ten years...seems a fairer deal to get the spit closer to 50/50 to me.
