No mate, no big loss. I had a small holding left only. I did have a reasonably large holding in mid 2022, but sold the majority of it when they failed to deliver the detailed integration study that was promised (august 2022), the one where they wouldn't spell out the financial metrics, and some key numbers were buried deep in the document. Then they said "we're getting quotes" to supposedly finalise the numbers, but of course more than a year later, nothing further has been released. I think one of the main reasons for this merger is to give themselves a breather by doing yet another "integration study". By the time that's done in 18months - 2years, Vanadium prices might be bouncing back, and perhaps even the EPA will approve their application. But both TMT and AVL have had the same bad tendency to commence multiple "integration studies" and then fail to deliver them, or else fail to implement them when completed. Both companies forever going around in circles.
