    It's a win-win under the right terms.

    As it stands, TMT holders are getting a raw deal.

    32.4c (12 shares) is hardly a premium, a loss for most of us, and is, quite frankly, insulting.

    Give us 16 shares which is 45c. That is in line with most mergers/acquisitions.

    While I'm still not happy with that, at least it is reasonable.
