I actually think there are a few reasons we shouldn't go down...

    I actually think there are a few reasons we shouldn't go down too much
    a) larger holders that are for the deal may be okay with buying up more votes whenever the share price dips.
    AVL isn't technically 'tied' (capped) to a buy price like we are now (although the price of 12 of their shares you could say is locked into TMT's price), but if there is an increase in AVL share price then TMT will be seen as a cheaper entry.

    (AVL losing ground though will compound the disaster)

    Many TMT holders are unhappy, a) being bought out at all time low prices and b) not getting to realise any of the potential that permitting for example could have provided in the near future,,, but outsiders and new investors don't have that burden, so if there was any apprehension about buying previously with the unknowns of how two V companies can get up side by side, investing in TMT or AVL now might have become much more attractive.

    Given that, i'm not really picturing the SP suffering too much or staying down for long.
