There is not much point whining about it on HC, is like a done deal and a few retailers crying their eyes out hoping for a better offer is not likely to make much difference. I hold AVL and 12 for 1 is way to generous, a 8 for 1 offer would be have been a more reasonable offer given the AVL share price decline and downwards manipulation over the past few months. Not happy with the merger but will be waiting to see if the board provides more information over the next few months on why they think TMT is worth 12 AVL shares before I decide if I vote against the merger and if I keep them or dump them. For the record I used to hold TMT and TNG as well but dumped them at the end of last year and put the proceeds into AVL.
