For the record I used to hold TMT and TNG as well but dumped them at the end of last year and put the proceeds into AVL.

AVL holders (myself included) dont get to vote on the merger only TMT holders do (myself included)

the 12 to 1 deal is very generous to AVL given that TMT holds the easily mineable grade for the first 9 years and can get the financing to work.
