We need some sort of protection against a force majuer event, say (God forbid) the whole AVL board die on a flight out to site, or they owe millions to staff, suppliers, ATO etc.

this is the small cap game and it all runs off small volumes, it isn’t a merger between BHP and RIO or soemthing where you have more security/confidence in the value of the share price in 4 months time.
