My sentiment is that with Mr T, Noble and directors holding over 70% of the voting shares, that AKM (as with other listed companies) have apathetic shareholders (don't vote) that at some point in time and prior to the actual development of the mine - that they will have enough to ensure that a 75% vote will succeed to have AKM delisted from the ASX - thus ensuring that the rest of us shareholders will never get our money back.
