11 bucks per pound is almost 75% down from 2 years ago. I wouldnt put much faith in what any govt states in regards to procurement, at the end of the day its all about the bottom line. My son holds over 100k shares purchased at 40 odd cents, so roughly a thousand bucks, its quite pitiful.
