There are about 170 million options with an exercise price of 15 cents expiring at the end of December, so we can't expect the SP to move until then. (Additionally there are now more than 16 million options @ 17.5c exercisable by Dec.31, 2014)
Maybe we will still be looking at a SP of 15c at Christmas, but the new year should bring a some belated joy.
