I agree with your comments. The priority drill report should be forthcoming in next 2 weeks. Gold and silver prices are going gangbusters atm. Also there is a considerable number of buyers at 0.001. ICG at 0.003 has a MC of $12m which is undervalued given Riqueza with 28 drill targets, Cerro Rayas and the Australian tenements. It is conceivable that ICG could be re-rated over the next few weeks when investors understand BODs short term strategy of Consolidation, then a CR with incentives (my opinion), and drill permitting approved. I can visualize SP at 0.005 prior to consolidation. Time will tell.
