ANNUAL MEETING DOCUMENTS & MANUKAU GOLF COURSE
The attached information will be delivered at Metlifecare's (NZX: MET; ASX:
MEQ) Annual Meeting of Shareholders - to be held at 2.30 pm (NZT) in Auckland
today:

In addition, the company advises that it has completed its work on the due
diligence for the Manukau Golf Course site conditionally acquired from
Fletcher Residential. After an extensive review, the company has determined
that the proposed project did not meet Metlifecare's key risk/return
thresholds and capital allocation criteria. The company will not be
progressing this opportunity.
Metlifecare continues to progress its due diligence investigations into the
site in McClymonts Road, Albany and its resource consent for the land at the
Peninsula Golf Course, Red Beach. Investigations continue on possible
acquisitions of other sites in the targeted areas, primarily Auckland, Bay of
Plenty and Hamilton.
