I felt 1800 was an important marker, the drop in last trading does not concern me at all as it is a short day low-volume and often targeted by shorters.. I'll be much more concerned if It continues to fall through the next week's training..
I think we'll see a steady increase leading up to Christmas.. moving forward we may see slight rate increase which would generally be an issue but in today's climate, America has not yet showing the signs of weakness they realistic should be. The next 6 months should show the true picture.. eg: A dive in the US dollar.. this should increase the value of gold.
