Yes, you are absolutely correct, but it worked last time. before any announcement, we were told there were going to be delays.through my experience, contacting management and having good response, others have also experienced the same, and the information from the email was the same when the announcement came out a few days later, i do have some faith in them. still skeptical depending on the information.
