there is no reason to say a block in yemen cant be sold by adi, indeed it is clear that is the case by recent announcements and press releases.
further, any other unsold blocks in yemen can still be developed and require additional capital from adi.
infact if adi are stating both that they are selling a block in yemen and raising capital for yemen then imho they may be indicating exactly that..
imho your friend may have a case still and be reading the reports the right way
