In contrast, the ADG board members, from what I can ascertain, have not demonstrated the successful management of a mining operation.
The GDM leadership’s track record likely includes running actual mines, from exploration and resource development to production and operational sustainability. These critical skills require not only technical knowledge but also an ability to balance financial performance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management, which are all essential for the long-term success of a mining operation.
