Fantastic result by Adairs, good to see the margins growing even with the FX headwinds. Would be really interested to see what plans the company has in the next 5-10 years, expansion outside of NZ/AU. If they can nail the consumer trends in AU and NZ it should be transferable to other international markets. Adding to this Mocka is a purely online play, so this could be easily rolled out into other markets. Combine the expertise of Mocka with regards to the digital business and the great management of Adairs and we have an interesting mix. Also reading between the lines they might see further upside in FY20, just not brave enough to call it yet because of coronavirus.
