By the looks of it, it seems as though Adairs has well down the path of totally destroying Mocka.
Have a look at the reviews on google and productreview and you'll find that from about 12 months after the acquisition of Mocka, the reviews dropped suddenly from regular 4 and 5 star reviews to a torrent of one star reviews.
Customers are complaining about not receiving products ordered, half their products delivered - in many cases, only half of the parts for their furniture, products received being defective, damaged, faulty... and worst of all - a useless, and at at times completely non-responsive customer service leaving people feel like they've just been robbed.
Turn to the reviews on Adairs itself, you see the same story.
Mocka used to be a decent brand, and it is being completely trashed by Adairs.
The complaints have been so bad, Mocka have even turned off the ability for customers to submit reviews and are leaving posts open for only short periods for comments before moderating them and locking them down.
