Yep Klogg, and this supports the massive negative feedback by online customers via customer satisfaction sites and sites like Glassdoor because online sales did not increase by 330% AND what is not shown is the hidden cost of 'gift certificates sent to people to keep them happy (somewhat)..but it wil have a negative effect on gross margin.
