Yep, mismanagement of the National DC, plus well known supply chain issues. A big, big complaint by many online buyers was the continuation of ADH catalogues to sell stocks not even in the country or on a slow boat from China!
But, yes, it is a one off and in two years time we will all have forgotten about it as the DC drives down delivery costs whilst being much faster to deliver to the end consumer.
