Good observations and interesting comparisons Neoteric. As acquisitions go, its not a silly one completely outside the orbit of the ADH business model. That said, its difficult to see how ADH can add significant value. Yes, maybe add value via its marketing department and deep customer database. Perhaps cross sell by having select items at each new outlet. But running the biz separately under the same management team suggests more of the same. I hope someone dropping in on the conference call pins them on how thy expect to extract synergies and cross sell. I cannot, Sir Lunchalot will be at lunch!
