Overseas acquisitions are risky. Acquisitions in NZ less so due to similarity with Australia and proximity.
My concern is that the acquisition is not a distraction to the huge task of establishing the new Distribution Centre which is a game changer for managing this expensive component CODB.
Acquisitions are sexy new toys but I hope the Board has the smarts to keep everybody focused.
I agree with you Dukka about little earnings growth for FY'20.
We can call a truce now after our previous spat.
