Just Group/PMV has done well for 9 years while he was CFO for Just group from 2007 to 2016. it seems he did a decent job at Country Road as well while he was CFO there for 6 years. David Jones, well, what can I say, its a sinking ship, it would be harsh to blame 2IC for its debacles which started long before he joined David Jones.
Anyway point I was making was, Mark Ronan, Trent Peterson, David Mclean and now Ashley Gardner know each other for a long time and will be interesting for Adairs. Good or bad time will tell, if business model is good enough, it should be able to sustain even with ok sort of management.
