Settle down you are reading things into my posts that are not there or outside the normal sphere of business activity . There is a business problem presented in the new guidance, that highlights compared to FY2018 growth in Revenue and a decline in EBIT. Why no idea, my assumption is they are doubling up on costs.
Most probably a productivity issue, most of the growth is coming from online sales.
Experience has shown growth in new areas of operation can cause blow outs in costs.
