The CEO is really high quality in my opinion. Delivered on everything they aimed for the last couple of years and is proactive when problems hit. Cancelling the dividend is way better for shareholders than having to raise cash in a couple of months if shit really hits the fan.
This is the mother of all hits and it'll be tough to navigate but if they get through the next year they could be far stronger and face less competition on the other side. I reckon the panic is far from over and we might see a stupidly low share price but at this point holding for the other side is prudent. I'll probably dive in once it gets below $0.40 or once the coast is a bit clearer. It's a solid business with excellent leadership.
