Agreed, I topped up on ADH last Friday on a simple assumption it had been grossly undersold given 3 weeks of data vs. longer run history. Like all the comparison points shared by others. Without shareprice upswing yesterday, the yield alone would have been $0.08 / $1.576. Fairly easy trade, I see more upside potential. I am not a great chartist, but I'll work on solid management, undersold and that irrespective of the housing market, and household budgets, people will make aesthetic upgrades with light furniture, bedding, etc. Good luck!
