no, it won't. the liability to pay is already booked, the payment just reduces cash and results in a net debt position. no impact on profit (except for a small interest charge on the debt - whiich debt ADH will quicky pay off based on how much cash the b usiness generates).
great post above from Axe Himmans summarising the conference call. I listened too - Ronan is quite impressive. not just spin (he's a smoot fast talker), there is real substance. a happy holder.
