Yes, and those that followed the concerns I had raised about Mocka previously with their horrendously bad customer reviews regarding faulty, mouldy, damaged, missing products, and poor customer service - where they basically ignored the customer hoping they would go away - should not be surprised at what has happened.
They're running that part of the business into the ground.
