Should have, could have, if only ...... hindsight is a wonderful thing. I'm down a lot too with ADH. I decided against selling 6 months ago and could kick myself too. Held for dividend. Got trapped when price tanked.
Now holding long term. Yeah final dividend cancelled. Damn. But hoping things pick up over next couple of years. ADH dividend was good. It has good balance sheet overall. Just the price will be sticky for a while.
You could sell at a capital loss, move into another stock and use loss as a write off against future capital gains.
