There has been a lot of director buying over the last 12 months. This looks like they have acted very wisely. I am delighted that we have a switched on board. Even better is that ADH did not raise any capital.
My holy grail of EPS growth should come through in spades over the next 2-3 years.
Based on your numbers above and acknowledging your caveats the relativity to TPW would see a ADH share price of around $4.50 give or take. Now that would be a pleasant surprise.
