Must confess I am not enamoured by PE myself- haven’t seen many PE firms with enviable records (though Catalyst and Co do seem pretty switched on...)
@daicosisgod - any thoughts on the chairs pending retirement? My take was that he feels the business is in good shape for the next part of the journey and if anything suggests that the business is humming along fine. Wonder which of the new directors announced in the last year or two was recruited with this in mind.
