PMV avg P/E last 3 years 21x. Average annual EPS growth last 6 years 6.1%
MOZ avg P/E last 3 years 13x. Average annual EPS growth last 3 years 45.0%
HVN avg p/E last 3 years 12x. Average annual EPS growth last 6 years 12.8%

There are lots of other factors like ROE, debt levels, gross margin%, competition, management, board and now Covid-19.

And the market is forward looking whereas the numbers above are historical.
