agree- Singapore (low risk) and/or US (large opportunity) would make the most sense. Wholeheartedly agree that it has to be done in a low risk way- but there is absolutely nothing to suggest they would do otherwise (I mean the capex on the DC is a phenomenal achievement in terms of risk management for example).
i am doubtful that anyone can accurately predict what the world is going to look like in 6 months so I wouldn’t read too much into outlook either way...
