I'm not sure when we will see the share price above $2.00, but ADH don't need to do a lot right to substantially lift 1H2018 earnings over the corresponding period. We already know sales will be stronger as LFL are up solidly for two months, there are also more stores trading (as well as upsized stores) and in all likelihood gross margins will be on the rise because of better execution and a higher $A.
We also know the business throws off excellent cashflow so there's nothing to halt the continued roll out of tens of new stores in the year's ahead. In the current environment you would expect they could secure reasonably good sites on favourable terms. Being involved in fashion retailing, execution is key so as long consumer spending holds up reasonably well, which looks to be the case for the time being.
Other positives are Directors topping up, and I also commend the company for taking full resposibility for last year's mistakes and learning from them - and not blaming external factors (as most companies do).
