Really got to hand it to the management team. Yes they made mistakes but more importantly for me is that they identified the mistakes and were clearly able to fix them.
Mistakes in retail can happen to anyone, but having the ability to understand where you went wrong and design a plan to overcome them is a great effort.
From an investment point of view, management has gone from a question mark to an obvious asset for ADH.
