It’s misleading to quote the historical dividend as though it’s set in stone. It will fall. I would stake $100 cash on that outcome right now against anyone who wanted to take the bet.

also, it’s interesting to see how quickly the bias of investors comes out. “It won’t fall any more because of the div” “the market is rigged” “it’s cbas fault” - these are all examples of bias that will get in the way of making money.
