Would you care to define “broken”?
The business operating since 1980s (in the current format otherwise for more than a century), doubling revenue, EBITDA and EBIT in last 5 years ( 2014 rev, EBITDA, EBIT : $167m, $25.8, $21.8 respectively), Increasing per store sales every year, maintaining GP around 60%, having ROE around 25%, I wouldn’t call it a broken/turnaround situation or a difficult business.
Sure they are having some supply chain challenges in front of them, but they are fixable. It’s not like the company is buried in debt or raising capital every now and then for a sake of growth.
