Market has been very wobbly as of late. From what I've read from various brokers, ADH's EBIT guidance is 5% below Goldman Sach's forecast and 8% below Morgans' forecast. Sales revenue was actually in line with forecast. So a 20% decline in share price vs a max 10% downgrade in EBIT suggests to me the stock was oversold.

Also, I dont think COVID related/store closure costs would be included in the DCF calculation cos they are one-off most likely. So at current share price, assuming 2H22 will be $32m as well i.e. flat, ADH is trading at 8x EBIT and 5x normalised EBIT. This also leaves room for potential upside assuming there is no lockdown this year.
