There is going to be a property price increase at a rate we haven't seen before in our lifetime.
The wealth affect from this should be beneficial for retailers such as Adair's.
As a builder it is impossible to build a 22 single storey home for less than 320k. This will go up by 20k in September when 7 star energy rating will be a prerequisite.
Something will have to give if this presumption does not eventuate. That is interest rates will have to come down rapidly to induce supply.
