ADH operates with a high beta where the share price movements up and down seem exagerated compared to the news delivered either good or bad.
Many long term holders recognise this and IMHO have got ahead of this announcement after seeing other retailers update the market with slower sales such as Dusk, Universal Store etc.
So I think it does pass the pub test based on past SP movements.
I sold some of my ADH shares back on 21st April.
