I thought Australia was one of the initial countries that AZ was commercially rolling out Symbicort Smartinhaler in the past year or so i.e. it should already be available in Australia. Maybe not OTC but through an asthma specialist or something...

As for a cap raising, its been flagged as they want to aggressively accelerate commercialisation strategies. Have no problem with that although I'm looking to AZ taking part in the capital raise to give me confidence in their long term ongoing commitment to smartinhalers...
