On the point re the valuation of ADR basically being offered nearly no premium at all, surely Respiri knew what ADR's response would be. I think a few posters pointed this out minutes after the proposal was received. So are they either deluded enough to have wasted their time (and ADR's response to all this) knowing that it was completely dead from the start, or are we, the lay investor, missing something here. Why would you go to all that trouble with such an overwhelming flaw? And we havent even started on the questionable business synergies... Nothing makes sense.
