best to buy at .004 all day than to take up the placement ... options cant be exercised until 2024, SP has to be at 1cent to even exercise...

$5000 gets you 1,000,000 shares @.oo5cents under the SPP
you get free 500,000 options that will cost you $5000 to exercise.

so if you exercise your options @ .01 cent in 2024 you will have 1,500,000 shares costing you a total of $10,000

for $10,000 you can buy 2,500,000 shares for .004cents that seems to be constantly available of late with out the risk of the options never coming into play by 2024... its a no brainer really... wonder if that's why the SP has been manipulated to stay under .005 so that current holders don't take up the offer and a major just comes along and swoops up the rest of the placement to gain a stronger holding...

I friggin hate the way ADR has let this play out...
