A long discussion of pros and cons amongst holders is understandable but when you don't hold it does seem strange. Why would you not also discuss the best options available to the company? Considering the size of the resource, the Magna loan is small and very short term. It's almost certain that other financing arrangements will be made and the Magna loan paid off. As for ongoing funds for drilling, etc, there are many small companies with far less than VEC who have the majors knocking on their door doing deals. As for SOI, as long as the shares issued help towards progress it does not negatively impact growth. There are many mid and large caps with a huge number of SOI.

Some of you claim that holders refuse to acknowledge the problems. That's completely wrong. We see the problems but we also see the potential, while non-holders only see the problems and refuse to acknowledge the potential.

I read HC posts here and there but I spend most of my time doing my own research.

It's funny but looking at my portfolio for the last 15 months I've actually made some $ with $VEC by buying and selling on the pumps. Different matter today though.

I still have confidence in the team and the resource and bought $VEC in 2017 with the expectation to hold for 3-5 years as it was a junior gold spec.
