Anyone know what a commitment fee is? Did it really cost...

    Anyone know what a commitment fee is? Did it really cost $804,600 to set up the loan? or am I reading that wrong?

    If so its a 20% effective interest (coupon rate) and ~13% set up fee.... they had us by the short and curlys.

    Also can we assume this it the higher of the two?
